Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping and handling costs are comparable with other shopping networks. We provide superior delivery times through UPS/FedEx/ USPS as we use expedited shipping. As an added service, orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. We ship all of our items through UPS/FedEx/ USPS. Shipping Methods we Offer:

The return instructions are located on the back of the invoice provided with your order. Please remember that Majesty Jewelers will not accept a returned item if damaged or altered in any way. Under our 30-day Return Policy, items must be received in the Majesty Jewelers' within 30-days from the original shipment date in same original condition.

Refunds will not be issued due to "Buyers" remorse.
No merchandise will be accepted for return without an RMA (return merchandise authorization) issued by our Customer Service Center. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Minimum 30% of down payment is required for the items on layaway and balance should be paid within 4 months. (No Exchange or Refunds will be allowed on Layaway items).
Special Orders are non-refundable
Exchanges are only allowed within 30 days of purchase and the buyer is responsible for shipping charges to return. All items can only be exchanged for equal or higher price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacement only after our returns have been received.
Any item purchased that is lost or stolen, or mysteriously disappears in whole or in part while in your possession shall not be covered under our guarantee.
Defects reported within 30 days of purchase and verified by our customer service center will be repaired. Upon inspection of the merchandise Majesty Jewelers may opt to offer a replacement.
Majesty Jewelers will only accept appraisals done (within 30 days of purchase) by two independent, certified appraisers who do not buy or sell loose precious gemstones and jewelry. Majesty Jewelers will not compensate for any Appraisal Charges and Mailing charges or inconvenience caused.
Majesty Jewelers will not be responsible for reimbursement, if any price discrepancy arises due to online pricing by other websites.
All watches sold by Majesty Jewelers are covered by the manufactures international warranty and therefore are not returnable. In the event of service needs please refer to the manufacturers authorized service center.

The price for a particular product is the fixed price for that product, subject to the Terms and Conditions. The price of the product does not include applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges—all of which will be added at the time Customer is billed. Residents of certain states will be charged sales taxes, to the extent required by law, at the applicable rate(s). A Majesty Jewelers agent will inform Customer of the applicable shipping and handling charges pertaining to Customer’s pending Order at the time such Order is placed. Purchase prices and all other charges (including taxes) will be stated in U.S. dollars.
